While the lymphatic system can be positively influenced through movement, massage, Osteopathic Manual Therapy (OMT), and Craniosacral Therapy (CST), Lymphatic Drainage Massage is unique in that it is 100% focused on lymphatic circulation. Every technique used during the session is intentionally directed toward encouraging lymph fluid movement, supporting lymph node drainage, and reducing tissue congestion.

Unlike the cardiovascular system, the lymphatic system does not have its own pump. It relies on breathing, body movement, and gentle manual stimulation to circulate lymph fluid and clear metabolic waste, excess fluid, and inflammatory byproducts from the tissues.
