After the assessment with Jose or Max we can develop a treatment plan together incorporating osteopathic manual therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and active release technique.

Pediatric CST is a gentle, hands-on approach to help your baby and all children feel more comfortable in their body. CST supports the nervous system, eases tension from birth, and can help with concerns like latching issues, colic, torticollis, and flat head syndrome. Safe, soothing, and baby-led care for a stronger start. Book a CST session with Max for infant care.
ART is a neuromuscular movement-based manual therapy that helps relieve soft tissue ailments. Wear comfortable clothing to ensure maximized ease-of-movement during your session.
